Service Description
In Life Skills Club, we will work on general everyday obedience in a small group, focusing predominantly on recall, loose lead walking / heel, and sit / stay. A pay-as-you-go / drop-in style class. Every class stands alone with different exercises in each session. This means you are welcome to attend as many or as few as you wish. All our classes are kept very small to keep the environment conducive to learning. This is the perfect class for you if: • You have attended a 1-1 with us and want to put your learning into practice. • You have attended a course with us and want to put your learning into practice. • You want to improve your dogs behaviour around other people. • You want to improve your dogs behaviour around other dogs. • Your schedule doesn't align with a course. • You want to train your dog in a safe, inclusive environment. • You want honest advice and help with your dog. Requirements for Life Skills Club: Dog age: 6 months plus. Dog training level: must have an understanding of how to sit, recall, and walk on a lead. This does not need to be anywhere near perfect! That is what you come to class for. Aggression: aggressive / reactive dogs not allowed. Noise: dog should not be noisy (barking / whining) in a group environment. Medical: dogs with injuries / illnesses or those in season should not attend. Client status: new clients welcome. Please contact us if you want to discuss suitability / alternative training options.

Cancellation Policy
We are dedicated to maintaining small classes with plenty of one-on-one interaction, so we are not able to accommodate cancellations. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice from the start of the first session will not be refunded. Non-attendance will not be refunded. Missed sessions during a course will not be refunded. Full payment must be made to secure your booking. If payment is not made within 7 days of the start of the first session, your place on the course may be revoked. With any less notice, we may struggle to fill the space and that changes the dynamic of the already small group. We appreciate your cooperation to help keep our classes small and effective for you.
