Service Description
A free 15 minute discovery call can help you make an informed decision before booking. We will have a chat about your situation and the solutions I can provide. The call also gives you time to ask me any questions you may have. Together we will make a decision on what the most appropriate way forward is for you. Please note this is a telephone call. I will call you at the time of your appointment. If you do not answer, I will attempt to call back 2 minutes later, and then another 2 minutes later. If you do not answer, then your scheduled call will be cancelled and you will need to contact me to rearrange the time.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before the start of your session. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours from the start of the session are non-refundable. Non-attendance will not be refunded. If you had selected "pay in person" so payment was not taken in advance of the session, and either you cancel / reschedule within 48 hours or do not attend the session, full payment for the session will be required before you are able to rebook.
