1-1 Top Up Session
Add on session after a Consultation or for missed course sessions.
Service Description
Exclusive for use in the following scenarios: - You have done a 1-1 Consultation and want additional time with the trainer to continue learning or go back over topics covered. - You have done a Puppy Consultation and want additional time with the trainer to continue learning or go back over topics covered. - You are doing one of our courses and will miss one of the sessions due to holiday, illness etc. and want to complete the missed session in a 1-1 setting.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before the start of your session. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours from the start of the session are non-refundable. Non-attendance will not be refunded. If you had selected "pay in person" so payment was not taken in advance of the session, and either you cancel / reschedule within 48 hours or do not attend the session, full payment for the session will be required before you are able to rebook.
