Social Walks are back!

The Social Walk is about 1 hour of walking at manageable pace for all. It will entail a mixture of on lead and off lead walking. You must listen to instruction as to when your dog is allowed on or off the lead. There will be a focus around training calm behaviours, heel, recall, building your bubble, socialisation, and not jumping up.

The walk is then followed by an optional 1 hour cafe visit. The visit to the cafe is to encourage settled behaviour. You may want to bring a mat and/or chew for this. You can leave straight after the walk or at any time during the cafe visit.

Please bring your normal training equipment and money for the cafe if you are staying.

The day is suitable for those who:

• Train with Hollindale Working Dogs

• Want to practice their training around other people and dogs

• Want to meet other people in the area with similar dogs

To come on the Social Walk your dog must:

• Be 6 months old +

• Not be injured

• Not be ill or recovering from illness

• Not be in season

• Not be reactive or aggressive.
